CultureTravel – Cancellation Policy

At CultureTravel, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

General Guidelines:

  • Cancellation policies are set individually by each property and clearly displayed on the stay’s booking page.
  • Depending on the stay, you may be eligible for a 50% or 100% refund within the specified cancellation window.
  • The exact cancellation window and refund eligibility will depend on your check-in date and the host’s terms.

How Refunds Work:

  • All approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Requests outside the eligible cancellation period will not qualify for a refund .
  • Cancellation date and time will be based on the timezone of the property's location .

Rescheduling in Case of Emergencies:

  • If your booking is not eligible for cancellation or refund , we may attempt to request a reschedule in case of emergencies.
  • Rescheduling is subject to host approval and future date availability .
  • While we’ll do our best to support your request, we cannot commit or guarantee rescheduling.
